The AI Inspection
Your Claude is built. Now let's make it pass inspection.
You set up your own skills, scheduled tasks and Projects, and they work. Then the credits run out before the month does. I go through everything you built and hand it back leaner, with the reports you rely on still arriving.
Is this you?
It fits if
- You have your own Claude: Enterprise, Team, Pro or Max.
- You already built something on it: skills, scheduled tasks, Projects.
- You are hitting a credit cap or a usage limit, or you can see it coming.
It does not fit if
- You have not built anything yet. Start with the shop instead.
- You want someone to run your AI for you every day. That is a different service.
What you get: the punch list
- The audit. Every scheduled task and every skill you wrote, read in full, with one decision each: keep, slim, merge, move, or pause. How often each one runs today, and how often it needs to.
- A one-page master file. Your rules, in your words, in one place, so every skill stops repeating them.
- An install sheet. One numbered list you work through in a single sitting.
- Your skills, revised. Paste-ready new text for the ones that change.
Then one 30-minute call after you install, and usage readings at day 0, day 15 and day 30, so you can see what changed instead of taking my word for it.
How it works
- A written intake. Five questions about your credits and three exports: a usage screenshot, your skill files, and your scheduled-task list. No discovery call.
- I do the work. On my time, not yours. You get the punch list back as four documents.
- You install it. One sitting, one list.
- We measure it. The readings at day 15 and day 30 tell us both whether it worked.
I never log into your accounts, and I never read your inbox, your CRM or your meeting notes. You send the exports; you make the changes. Your Claude stays yours.
